<p style="text-align: justify;">On 07th of October, 2022, Chairman of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry T. Duuren, Executive Director of the Mongolian National Mining Association G.Erdenetuya and Chairman of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center, S.Enkhtsetseg signed a memorandum on trilateral cooperation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Scope of the memorandum includes the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Publicizing the major events organized in the field of protecting the interests of entrepreneurs in the mining industry, and the directions and policies being implemented in the field of policy advocacy and influence.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">To improve the legal environment of investment, to determine the problems faced in area of attracting investment and to bring a unified position on solution of the problems and deliver proposals to the relevant authority.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">To protect the interests of the members of the Mongolian National Association of Mining and Entrepreneurs and to amend the laws, rules, regulations, and instructions related to their activities, and to reflect relevant proposals.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">To exchange information on business and legal issues related to the development of the partnership of the parties and co-organize national and local meetings, trainings and workshops.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">To provide training and information to the members of the Mongolian National Association of Mining and Entrepreneurs about alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.</li>
