On 07th of October, 2022, Chairman of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry T. Duuren, Executive Director of the Mongolian National Mining Association G.Erdenetuya and Chairman of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center, S.Enkhtsetseg signed a memorandum on trilateral cooperation.

Scope of the memorandum includes the following:

  • Publicizing the major events organized in the field of protecting the interests of entrepreneurs in the mining industry, and the directions and policies being implemented in the field of policy advocacy and influence.
  • To improve the legal environment of investment, to determine the problems faced in area of attracting investment and to bring a unified position on solution of the problems and deliver proposals to the relevant authority.
  • To protect the interests of the members of the Mongolian National Association of Mining and Entrepreneurs and to amend the laws, rules, regulations, and instructions related to their activities, and to reflect relevant proposals.
  • To exchange information on business and legal issues related to the development of the partnership of the parties and co-organize national and local meetings, trainings and workshops.
  • To provide training and information to the members of the Mongolian National Association of Mining and Entrepreneurs about alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

On 24th of June, 2022, on behalf of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center, the Secretary General M.Shinebayar and the President of the International and National Sports Arbitration of Mongolia G.Batzaya signed a memorandum of cooperation and understanding.

 

The scope of the Memorandum includes the following:

  • The organizations will support each other and cooperate;
  • Respect each other's decision and support enforcement issues;
  • Cooperation in the field of training and research;
  • Develop multilateral relations, including advertising arbitration proceeding to the public.

On June 14, 2022, Chairman S.Enkhtsetseg representing the Mongolian International Arbitration Center and Secretary General Yasin Ekmen representing the Istanbul Arbitration Center signed the Cooperation Agreement. The parties emphasized that arbitration is the most appropriate way to resolve commercial disputes in order to increase and expand the scale of trade, economic, and business cooperation between the two countries, take economic cooperation to the next level, and create new opportunities for entrepreneurs.

The scope of the cooperation agreement includes the following:

  • joint organization of events;
  • providing direction to international conferences and events;
  • exchange of scientific works and articles;
  • exchange and publicize information about the activities implemented by the parties and
  • to cooperate in research, development programs, and training.
