Draft laws, rules, regulations and standards worked on:

  • Working as legal advisor to the Project on Strengthening Governance in Mongolia, the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance, working as a project legal advisor, researching the effects of the implementation of the Law on Transparent Accounts, Concept and introduction of the Law Revision Project, drafting the Law, evaluation of the impact of the law, and cost estimation research, and providing legal advice.
  • Working as a member of the project implementation team within the framework of the project to strengthen the budget and financial stability implemented by the World Bank and the Financial Regulatory Commission, anticipating the need and requirements for amendments and amendments to the law on the legal status of the Financial Regulatory Commission. Conducted studies, research to assess the effectiveness of the draft law, and cost estimates related to the implementation of the draft law. Moreover, made recommendations to draft laws on amendments to the Law on Non-Banking Financial Activities, the Law on Savings and Loan Cooperatives, the Law on Driver's Insurance, and the Law on Insurance. 2018.09-2019.12.
  • Worked as a member of the working group for the drafting of the law "On Pledge of Movable Assets and Intangible Assets" within the framework of "Measures to Increase Economic Activity" approved by Resolution No. 34 of 2014 of the Parliament. The law became one of the important levers to accelerate the country's economic development, access to the financial market, and increase the volume and circulation of financing. In connection with the adoption of this law, the technical and legal framework of the unified state registration system for the legal protection of the mortgagor's lien rights through a publicly open, transparent and unified registration system for the pledge of movable property has been created.
  • Conducted consulting services for the project "Strengthening the Fair Competition Environment of Mongolia", "Development of the Concept of the Competition Law, Research and Comparative Study of the Impact on Society and Economy", 2017.01-2017.03.
