D.Batsukh graduated from the School of Law of the National University of Mongolia with a degree in law in 1996. Since his graduation, he has worked as a lawyer, director, and general director of legal aid organizations such as "T&A", "Advocate", and "Shudarga-Omgulych".

From 2012 to 2013, he served as the president of the Advocate’s Association of Mongolia, from 2013 to 2015, worked as the president of the Mongolian Bar Association, from 2015 to the present, he is working as a consultant and lawyer at “Advokatconsulting” LLP and since 2016 working as an arbitrator at Mongolian International Arbitration Center.

Arbitrator D.Batsukh is a lawyer and attorney with 24 years of experience specializing in banking and financial law in civil law sector; minerals in administrative law sector and in human rights, including protection of the dignity and reputation of individuals and organizations in criminal law sector.
