Arbitrator B. Ganbaatar received LLB in 1990, LLM in 1998 at , School of Law, NUM respectively and received Bachelor of Management degree at National Academy of Governance.

Work experience:

• 1990-1992, Supervisory Prosecutor at Khentii Province Prosecutor's Office;
• 1992-1994, Legal Advisor at "Magnai" LLC;
• 1994-1999, a member of the Advocate’s Association of Mongolia, lawyer and advocate;
• Since 1999, the Director of "Elch" Legal Bureau of Advocacy;
• 2012 - 2013, vice president of the Advocate’s Association of Mongolia and the chairman of the Advocate’s Council of the Capital city.
• From November 2013 until now, he has been the president of Advocate’s Association of Mongolia.

He is lawyer and advocate specialized in criminal law, company law, tax law and he is working as an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center under MNCCI since 2008.
