• 1981-1988, head of the legal department in the executive administration of the Meeting of People's Deputies of the Tuv Province.
• 1988-1989, head of the Tuv Province Law Department
• 1989-1990, head of the department and chief arbitrator in the legal arbitration department of the Tuv Province.
• 1990-1993, member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Mongolia
• 1993-2015, judge of the Supreme Court of Mongolia
• Since2015, head of the civil law and business law department, lecturer of Shikhikhutug University. He is an arbitrator specializing in business law, banking law, securities law, and court and arbitration proceedings.
