Ivshin Idesh, Doctor of Law, is working as an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center since 2001.

Work experience:

• 1987 to 1996, worked at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and its organizations.
• 1996 to 1998, worked as the deputy head of the Foreign Investment Department under the Ministry of Finance.
• 1994 to 1998, worked as a part-time lecturer and head of the Department of International Law at the Institute of Law of NUM.
• 1994 to 1998, was appointed as a foreign trade arbitrator under the MICC.
• 1997 to 2001, worked as a director of the Mongolian-American joint legal company "Munkh-Orgil Lynch" LLC.
• 2001 until now, has been working as an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center under the MNCCI.
• 2001 to 2008, worked as the head of the Legal Department of the joint Mongolian-Russian "Erdenet Industry" LLC.
• 2003 to 2009, served as the chairman of the branch arbitration of Orkhon province.
• 2008 to 2013, worked as the leading manager of the representative office of "Erdenet Industry" LLC in Ulaanbaatar.
• 2013 to 2015, worked as the head of the Research Center at the National Institute of Justice under the Ministry of Justice.
• March 2015 to September 2016, worked as the head of the Development Department at "Mongolian Railways"
• September 2016 to August 2019, worked as the director of the Legal Department of "Mongolian Gold" (MAK) LLC.
• August 2019 to June 2020, worked as the head of the Legal Department of "Erdenes-Tavan Tolgoi Mining" LLC.
