Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Manibadar Suvd is working as an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Center since 2014.
Work experience:
- From 1998 until now, Lecturer and head of the Private Law Department of Law School, Otgontenger University
- From 2007 to 2012, worked for 7 years as a legal advisor for the Green Gold project of the Swiss Development Agency.
- 1999-2001 Researcher at the University of Agriculture.
- In 2019, in cooperation with the Open Society Forum, implemented a team research project on the topic of "Legal analysis of the reasonableness of court decisions decided by the supervisory court in cases related to land ownership and property rights."
- In 2018, in cooperation with the Open Society Forum, carried out team research project on the topic "Protection of children's rights and interests in court decisions on family disputes".
- Worked in the working group to draft the Law on Arbitration, the Law on Animal Health Protection, and the Law on Land.
